I am looking for a person to carry out the modelling of building envelopes (both houses and commercial premises) directly from construction drawing plans, elevations and sections. the purpose of this is to provide highly accurate envelope area calculations for the purposes of air permeability testing of buildings. These calculations would generate floor areas, envelope areas, and volumes. initially i would expect to require around five projects per week to turnaround within a few days of my submission, but this is expected to increase steadily. I would offer a decent flat rate per model / calcs delivered for simple projects and by negotiation for more complex models. A simple model should take no more than an hour for an experienced SketchUp artist and the tools for calculating my requirements are within the software.
