Hi, We are a startup in ecommerce and looking for a short Google Apps Script (Google Sheets). The developer would deliver us the Google Apps Script code for a successful "createShipmentOrder" request at DHL Developer API ([login to view URL]). A draft exists, but we still face a problem. We already have a sound production-working code working in SoapUI. However, we face problems translating this code in Google Apps Script with Class UrlFetchApp as we receive a "SECURITY VIOLATION". The person we hire should be experienced with: - Google Apps Script - DHL API Please find attached the API WSDL. Further code snippets to be provided once hired. Thank you Kevin

Hi, I'm an experienced Google Apps Scripts developer. Let me tell you that the Google Apps Script currently don't have any direct support for SOAP APIs. But I believe we can still send SOAP requests by generating a SOAP envelope using the XmlService in Google Apps Script and then send it directly to the SOAP endpoint listed in the WSDL file. Hello, The DHL web service is a Soap based service, so the request and response information should be in XML format and the function UrlFetchApp would be good enough for this as well as you the payload data in correct XML format.
