Simple plugin for autosend a web Form many times with different data.

I have access to a site where I have a simple Form. I need make a plugin that send many times this form with diferent data. I will show the form by TeamViewer and access to this site for you will do test with the plugin. I need it as soon as possible and I think if you know make plugin and understand my idea it not will take more than 2 hours. thanks
