Google Maps Integration for 2 website projects

By zip code, user chooses how far away from a particular zip code. 2. By city and state. 3. By name of dealer and select state. The government creates an excel database each month of all the dealers licensed in the USA. See attached, about 65,000 total dealers, this will be your initial data source. I will need the backend of the website to be made where I can easily update this excel data each month and it will function seamlessly. An easy process to upload new data file is a must.
