Hello, my name is Pavlo and I work as an Account Manager at a marketing agency in Vancouver, Canada. Since it's built on React, is it a web application that we are talking about or an ecommerce/regular website? For GTM, I would typically set up a testing tag that fires on all clicks, and then throttle the speed of my internet to find different ways to set up the tags which are needed. To date, the most complicated project I have done on GTM was a national realtor company which had over 200 triggers. We used a spreadsheet to organize all of those tags together.
