Responsibilities
To ensure customers receive their correct orders in good condition and on schedule.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In a timely manner pull and get the updates sales from merchandise (homechef) from system and sales floor to fulfill eCommerce Orders by using order reports downloaded from admin system.
Post the next day delivery job to delivery service provider with providing necessary details. (Checking the pickup point and time from merchandise, some of the chefs may have different kitchen.
Arrange the route for delivery based on area, cost, quantity, size and type of food.
Operate computer system to complete the pull of orders and print shipping labels (for consignment products)
Troubleshoot and problem solve when necessary. (Customer services)
Ensure the satisfaction of customer service after sales.
Maintain knowledge of the sales floor and departments.
Assist the Head of Operation for daily operation tasks.
