Looking for someone with experience in making a garry's mod server with me and running it. Must know all garry mod workshops, guns, cars, transport, maps ect
MAP:
I would like a map that is fairly large and open buildings that people can use with working street lights and stop lights signs ect, I would like a pretty amazing city to work with to wow people when they enter my game for the first time.
Weapons:
I would like custom weapons like AK47, snipers, sub machines, rocket launchers, drones ect, armor
Cars:
I would like custom cars, like lambo, Ferrari''s, BMW, Volkswagons, Sedans, Station Wagons, Trucks, Buses, Nice Uber cars, American Police/Swat cars/trucks, Fire and Ambulance Trucks and Cars, Pickup trucks with machines on bac, mini vans, commercial trucks, Racing Cars, Muscle cars, he repo have a sick truck to take away cars and box truck for furniture and material items.

Staff Ranks:
Plain and simple I only want 3 ranks within my game. Admin ( Do everything) Moderator ( Do somethings but not summon things, spawn, ban or change settings, (Trial Mod (TMod) Is a trial mod that doesn't get really much anything but to help others until they earn Mod Rank
Loading Screen:
If possible have our ace-of-spades logo with rules and our discord link for people to join
Advertisment:
If there a way to run adverts in-game so it spams every 10 mins our discord link and to read the rules constantly to remind people not to break them
