Innovation Manager Finland Ltd. is an incubator and funding consultancy operating in the North of Europe. We are incubating 40+ high-tech startups (mostly based in Finland) with MVPs, established business models, recurring revenues and which want to raise around €1M growth capital and connect with investors abroad.
We are looking for experienced fundraising professionals and boutique consultancies specialised in private equity and venture capital. Your task as a fundraiser is to bring together our startups with investors, help them launch fundraising campaigns, facilitate termsheet negotiations and close deals. You already have a portfolio of high-level contacts among investors and a successful track record in fundraising for high-tech startups.
Remuneration is based on a success fee (5% of all final funds secured). Additional fixed fees may be negotiated with our customer startups on a case by case basis, for instance to review their financial model, investors' deck and prepare the due diligence.
Please note we do not require you to write for us pitch decks or business plans and we can not accept retainers.
