259530 flash photo collage

Need a flash file that I can use to upload photos online then arrange into a photo collage. Pretty straight forward application. I imagine something like this has already been created. If so I will pay for you to help me track one down. Also need the ability to submit the collages via email and also to print the image on screen. .fla to be web based -- to be placed on a website.
