I am a  financial expert with substantial experience in real estate including construction & property management. I prepare a properties development feasibility based on complicated drivers and cash in/out's schedule (S-Curve), depreciation schedule and, long-term debt. The module includes full financial reports with all the elements of Business Plan like financial ratios and valuations (IRR, NPV and other methods). The module takes the construction/ renovation costs, and other expenses VS the revenue, and creates a P&L, BS and cash flow including mortgages & depreciation calculation. That module can calculate the cost per unit based on its schedule plan. About me: I am a financial specialist and guru in Excel.
