We are looking for a part-time community manager to help us build and strengthen relationships in the interior design, architecture, and design-build space. We are a project management software company. The ideal candidate understands that we want our current and potential customers to feel that they are members of an active, thriving, and eager-to-engage family, instead of mere users.
Advocate our brand on social networks
Build relationships in the architecture and interior design space
Build a strong, loyal community in our social networks (i.e. Facebook group)
Join and be an active presence in interior design and architecture groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.
Stimulate and engage in conversation in social media
Respond to comments and questions in our social media networks
Create one or two pieces of original content every day
Design and execute community management strategies
Background in architecture, interior design, or both
Experience with social media community management
Naturally social and talkative, comfortable engaging in conversations with people from different backgrounds
Good customer service skills
Ability to connect people and stimulate discussion
Up-to-date with news, especially in architecture and interior design
Excellent English skills
Flexible and can easily adapt to changing needs and situations
