Facebook Ads Specialist

I am looking for an expert Facebook media buyer to create, run and manage campaigns for clients. This would involve everything from installing pixels, video/image ads, testing multiple ad sets, writing excellent copy, split testing, creating look a like audiences, re-targetting etc. The main purpose of campaigns would either be for conversions or lead generation. Previous experience of scaling is also required. The role will also require 1 call per week with myself to maintain good communication on projects. In addition, you will also be required to attend calls with myself and clients to discuss what Facebook strategy would work best for them based on their goals. Lastly, you will need to provide a short weekly report to myself & the client of the performance of the ads each week e.g. how much was spent, what ROAS were, any new trends you have spotted etc. The successful candidate needs to be driven and motivated, have excellent communication skills, be pro active, helpful and have excellent written English skills. Previous experience of running successful ads for e-commerce is required. Other niches such as real estate, fitness/gyms are an added bonus but not essential. A minimum of 3 years experience in Facebook marketing is required. This would be a long term role on a continuous basis, with the opportunity for more work as more clients sign up. The goal is to have a successful long term working relationship together. Payment is yet to be decided, however, would be happy to discuss it with you!
