opporttunities for youth in a rigid socistructure

We are workers, clinicians and support staff, working in a transitional or sometime terminal placement facility with funds from Lutheran Church services. We work with children who been discarded because of family or lack of family and or placed by the court or other government agency. We want to develop from simply warehousing children to providing wrap around life skill, work internships an other culturally relevant curriculum
