I work as administration for a real estate company called Royal LePage Mellor Group. We are trying to fill up our CRM database (we use HubSpot) with all of the real estate brokers in the Greater Montreal Area. What we would like, is a CSV file to import in HubSpot with all of the broker's last name, first name, preferred language, valuation (Mr. or Ms.), cell phone number, email, agency name, agency address, agency city, and agency region. There are some agencies that have the same name, but have several different branches. For example, Engel & Volkers Montreal has an office in Outremont, Westmount, Old Port, and Downtown Montreal. It is important that we be able to distinguish which office a broker is from. I have attached a pdf version of a spreadsheet we have worked on with some examples, as well as a list of the agencies in Montreal. Most of the information can be found on Centris and the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers.
