Help us create and automise receipts and invoices on Excel based on customer database.

Hello! We are launching a meal plan service with a once-a-day delivery where customers can compose their meal plan (lunch and/or dinner) as they wish: they choose their dish(es), time slot(s) and place(s) of delivery. We got the order from a 123FormBuilder form which we export to an Excel document. Now we need your help to create and automise 1) the confirmation of their orders (which summarise the main info e.g. "you chose to use our service Monday - 2 meals, Tuesday - 1 meal, etc etc", "you chose: the risotto, the cordon bleu,..." (FYI, the client does choose among several dish options, but we choose when to do what). it'd be then printed into a A4 doc 2) their invoice based on the number of meals (we have promotion: e.g. 5% discount for 5-9 dishes / 10% discounts for 10 dishes | + 10% if they pick up their dish at our pickup point) We want to save a maximum of time on that side so that we can focus on all the other aspects of our business (developing the recipes, composing the meal plan,...).
