Get me data from NSE options and futures in excel and calculatiin of data

I want to get data from NSE website of option chains and futures and want rows to colored with different colour schemes. Means Green colour for 3 highest OI for put and call and Blue colour for 3 highest change in OI for both side. And if both happens to be in same row. This should be updated in every 15 minutes. All these colored data should be recorded in separate excelsheet with columns as Date,Time,Strike Price, Live price, COI1,COI2,COI3,changed COI1, changed COI2, changed COI3,POI1,POI2,POI3, changed POI1,changed POI2, changed POI3, Fut OI, Fut changed OI. Last two columns of Fut OI, Fut changed OI should be in orange color column. All these excel sheets should be in one folder in E drive, option data, records. And the first one should be in E drive, option data under which that records folder needs to be. When all rows are filled in excel sheet then it should create records2, records3, etc. Folder and continue that work. This should be done for all companies in separate files. The list of company name will be provided by me and can be upto 200 companies. Expiry date of options and futures should be the current month till 1 day before expiry and then it should move to next month date to record data. I need monthly data only, even though it has weekly expiry. Monthly expiry will be last week expiry of current month.
