Excel expert to split overall timeframe into hourly contributions

Need excel formula to process multiple timeframes and split them into hourly contributions. The requirement is to determine the number of minutes within each hour that the timeframe covers. See example below. Start and Stop time will be known, formulas required to calculate minute contribution per hour. In the first example, for the timeframe 07:12 (start) to 09:18 (Stop), 48 minutes are in the 07:00 to 08:00 timeframe, 60 minutes in the 08:00 to 09:00 timeframe and 18 minutes in the 09:00 to 10:00 timeframe.
