I have an experience of 2.5 years in Accenture with the foreign Client, but ideally had to deal with the customers all over the world.
I used to act as an Virtual Assistant/Customer Technical Support Engineer and help the user's query via a ticket/calls/emails.
Also, currently working as an assistant in a project under freelancer and have been on working on such responsibilities like Developer, Customer Technical Support Engineer, Web Developer, Web designer, Graphic designer, Virtual Assistant, Database handler and Data Entry, Research, Coordinating with people (so no issue in writing and speaking English), spreadsheets etc

01. The projects in which I worked were obliged to work 24*7 assistance/support. Hence, can work in any time zones.
02. Have to provide the deliveries on time as all the deliveries has SLAs
03. Very well know how to work under extreme pressure
04. High quality work as I had to provide an update to the user.
05. Attentive towards the details provided by the user to grasp exact issue/request of the customer and then providing appropriate solution.
06. I'm exceptionally fluent in communication skills and have handled various costumers from different countries.
07. Strong computer skills with experience in a windows environment (Ticketing -system), Windows Security).
However, I'm ready to work immediately.
