i need a good listener to advice

I am 32 year old person who has experience in marketing and project management. I have been working in different environments and been in different life situations. I am positive, with optimistic approach and I am a great friend and listener. I don't only listen, but I also like to advise based on the person and the situation she/her is and take into consideration the whole picture. For more than 10 years I have been working with young people on youth empowerment, encouragement and councelling.
