Distilling Equipment

I'm a mechanical engineer - specialized in the industrial robotic field, 3D designer and modeler (from time to time and some projects I could make the functional prototype too). I'm doing product design, industrial design, reverse engineering, ideation, etc. I have over 15 years experience working on various systems/devices across multiple industries, from concept to launch. 1 - we using (in romania) distilling equipment to make tzuica (an alcoholic beverage made by distilling fermented plums and/or other fruits) 2 - in order to make the design of your equipment i need to know few things: - capacity (in liters/cubic meters) of the tank - source of heating (gas, wooden fire, electrical) - current water source (flow rate) - degrees of automation - preferred materials for the equipment (stainless steel or copper) - the degree of modularity... - how do you wish the distiller to be operated? (manually, semi-automatic or fully automatic) - which is the raw material to be distilled (depending on this, there are different positions for the burners, stirring ratio, condensation ratio, etc, etc For any more questions we could chat here.
