I am a chemical engineer, I have more than 15 years of experience in colloidal chemistry, formulations of emulsions, and surfactant characterization. I can analyze your samples since I have access to laboratory equipment. But I also propose to formulate a better product, because I have to formulate that type of product to remove heavy and extra heavy oil stains.

HI, I have de-formulated / reverse-engineered more than 200 samples, I am experienced in cleaning liquid formulations, I have developed rust cleaning liquid, plastic cleaner, metal cleaner, glass cleaner liquid, and pests. I have worked on natural as well as chemical surfactants capable of cleaning highly oxidized layer like rust, paint film, powder coating, oil, dirt, grease etc.

Chemical Deformulation (reverse engineering) of a liquid industrial degreaser, that cleans carbon (from burned diesel), oils, ashes and dirt from engine car parts (valves, automobile turbo veins etc.) – it decomposes the dirt, it does not harm human skin. It is very high in surfactant – it makes a lot of foam when it is shake. It is water based degreaser with pH 11.7. The project will require the exact formulation. We think it will probably require LC/MS, GC/MS for the content (not sure maybe more further analysis) – it contents organic (alcohols) and non-organic compounds. We have a sample and can be send in plastic or glass container.
