Setup Spam filtering on whm/cpanel

I currently have a cloud server that runs on WHM and Cpanel. One of the domains is getting a tremendous amount of spam and I need help addressing it. We have been behind IronPort before and it wasn't any better than using Spam Assassin, so we moved back. My server provider has suggested using filters and moving spam to a separate email. I'm open to that option, but I need help setting it up or am also open to other suggestions to solve this problem. I've attached the Mail Delivery Report from whm for the account with the most issues. You'll see a tremendous amount of blatant spam and a decent chuck off good emails. Please let me know if you need any further information to assist with this issue. Thanks!
