Contact Amazon reviewers -- build positive relationship.

I have a piece of software that allows me to quickly find and email Amazon Reviewers, asking for an honest review of my books. Naturally some don't respond, in which case I don't email them again. But some do, and I am able to get honest reviews this way. I need someone to take over this process, and dedicate a regular amount of time every week. You will need good written English -- as you will be writing emails under my name, and I'm an author. The job will involve: Using the software to send emails. Trying out new wording for the emails to see what gets the best response. Answering anyone who responds, and if they need help, helping them download the book (free) Chasing up reviewers who have agreed to review book and may have forgotten. Discretion required. Asking reviewers if they would like to review more books in the future - in which case you put them on a new email list. Let's call it the R list. Contacting people on the R list, when there are new books to review. And generally keeping a good relationship with them. Handling people who want a chat. I often get reviewers starting conversations with me, especially if they like the book. I'm not very good at handling this, so if you know how to handle this that's good. I can do all this stuff myself. But I get a bit overwhelmed. I guess I don't like email s. :P So you will pretend to be me, and make sure everyone feel's positive and appreciated, as these people help me a lot, and are really doing me a favour. Also. I would like to build a solid email list full of amazon reviewers, who get all my books for free.
