I need an eagle file changed for a WEMOS D1 shield

I have a simple eagle file that my son made. It simply brings out 4 data lines to connect to ESCs. It currently only has a diode, resistor and capacitor. I want to add a MCP23008(or MCP23017) and DRV8835 to the existing design. I want to add the I/O expander to the Wemos via I2C and the motor driver to the I/O expander. The motor power in, motor out connections and remaining I/O lines would be brought out to the edge of the shield. If you are able to add a voltage regulator to the design so the board can have a 2S battery connection, please explain. The shield size can be expanded. If suggesting surface mount components, let me know where I can get the boards and parts placed on them in a quantity of 20+. Else expect to use through hole. Existing Eagle files will be provided.
