Hello: I have a small software to send data to a database using an Arduino with a GPRS shield. This is continuous data (every 15 minutes) from a PV Power Inverter with a RS 485 link, with storage to buffer when signal not available... This software is currently not working because it constantly crashes when Signal is poor or when data from the inverter is null or out of bounds. I need a budget to run a check of this software

Hello I had a look through the project description and I would be happy to consult about it. I have experience with Arduino and embedded systems in the IOT industry. I think the first step would be to draw out the basic system diagram, interfaces, and hardware configuration being used. From there we can look at the current software flow diagram and establish potential sources of the freezing issues, and devise possible solutions. The relevant software upgrades can then be performed to correct any potential issues and tested to see if they meet the performance criteria.
