Connect two ESP8266 using ESP-NOW protocol as Combo mode

You need to have strong knowledge of ESP8266 , and Manage perfectly ESP-NOW protocol if you want to apply for the job. If you do not master ESP8266 , and ESP-NOW protocol, please do not apply. Save your time and mine. The job can be done in 4 hours the most for a person which know what he is doing. If you are not mastering ESP-NOW protocol, please do not apply. I need to have 2 ESP8266 boards (you choose them). On each board i must have 3 push buttons B1 to B3 and 3 Leds L1 to L3. No other hardware. The attached drawing it is just informativ to have an idea of the hardware configuration i am looking for. You can change it and attach your own components if needed. Or you can tell me what to change and i will do it to ave your time. Mode of operation: If i press any PB from one board, the corresponding Led from other board will light and stay ON as long as i keep my finger pressed. If i want to pres 2 PB or 3 PB the result it is the same. If i push PB1 from ESP A the Led1 from ESP B will turn ON. I keep PB1 presed and i press now the PB2 from ESP B and the result will be Led2 on ESP A will turn ON I can press any or all PB, the corresponding LED from the opposite ESP will turn ON and stay ON as long as my finger is pressed. You must test the software before deliver it to me. I need a good working software, no bugs, just ready to program it on the ESP you select. You need an ESP with at least 6 I/O and with Pull Up or Down Resistors. If it does not have Pull up or Pull down resistors let me know and i will provide them on the PCB. If the current is small per pin to drive an Led, i will drive a Transistor. Just let me know how it is the output on your ESP for a led to turn ON. It is Ground or Plus 3.3 volts. Also what do you expect for an input to be valid: It is Ground or Plus 3.3 volts. I might forgot something, but based on our conversation I will correct it before you start.
