bluetooth pulsometer / oximeter for small animals

I need to study small animals (chicken and other birds) biometrics. I need a small device to be used with this animals, heart beat up to 450 bpm and oximetry around 80%.
The device should work for a month and send the data to a bluetooth device, the "server" may be also programmed to receive the data (*.csv is fine). Each device should have a unique number, and they must work with others.
Data may be send directly or stored in the device. Max 2x2x0.5cm and 25 g (including battery).
The data bmp/ox should be acquired 4 times every day for at least 1 month.
