Hi, I have over 35 years experience of electronic and PCB design. I am assuming you can identify every component it terms of voltage, wattage, tolerance etc or exact part numbers as I cannot read the circuit descriptions very clearly. The price is quite high as not a straight forward layout with power tracks in most places. It would not be identical to the example given as CAD does not lend itself to the hand drawn curves of the current layout. However the tracks will sufficient to handle the current required. Hi, I have a long experience with Hardware and Software design. I have access to a protel 99 version software and I can use for this design... I need a couple of clarifications though... 1. I am considering here that you already have Bill Of Materials for this PCB. Since all the components are to be checked against the BOM/Schematics/PCB that will be necessary. Sonce of the components/packages etc in the document are not clear.. 2. This lookes like a two layer board, please confirm.. 3. You have put two images of the board in the document. Is this a photograph? The reason I am asking is that, since the I need to just create an electrical version of the schematics image you have provided, I would just follow that and image of the board as closely as possible. So as much as information you provide, it will be better.. Please let me know.. Thanks Vinod

I a have simple question: do you want the PCB to be panelized and prepared for mass volume production or you just want CAD/CAM files for a single PCB (considering that you shall do panelization for manufacturing by yourself)? If you happen to choose me, your project will go through the following work flow: 1. Schematics conversion 2. Schematics verification with original files/source 3. Layout conversion 4. Layout verification with original files/source 5. Production files (Gerber, NC Drill, Pick&Place, Step) 6. Project documentation (Schematics, BOM, Assembly) Your project will be carried out on Altium Designer. When the finished work is approved and acceptted, you will receive a complete archive of the project containing all design files and other related data. By the way, the attchment that you've posted is anything else but a document with schematics and pcb layout. I can provide samples of what I've been working on upon request. Dear sir, I went through the given attachment. As i can see its not a difficult task. Long time i worked with PCB desigs. How about creating a Gerber file for your amplifier design sir? I recommend you to create a gerber file using eagle software and then send for manufacturing. The reason why i say this that using Gerber viewer we can approve the layers separately before the manufacting is done. So it will be more accurate than using protel. Its really an easy job for the person who knows what he is doing. This amplifier design needs special care to be taken in order to handle large current flow for the amplifier. I am specialized audio professional and having more than 5 years of PCB designing experience. I did lot of similar project before specially high power amplifier boards to handle large current while having the lowest injected noise. A Bad design will add more noise the the signal path because of the stray inductance which will pick up signals from magnetic interference on higher current tracks. Proper shielding of high impedance signals need to be taken care off. I am into electronics since when I was very little kid and I did my engineering in electronics and communications too. EAGLE is a free software and widely used. I dont have protel license so only way I can do it is in EAGLE. The final result will be same for both software. Thank you again.

Hello. I am a Veteran Embedded systems designer with over 9 years in the industry for developing solutions for Industrial Automation, Machine control and Data Acquisition. I have completed a number of Product designs with complete Schematics and PCBs made for Manufacturing, Assembly & Testing. Some of the projects i have done on freelancer and you can see in my profile. Protel is no more, the company had become Altium and their PCB & Schematic design software is now called Altium designer. You might be familiar with it as it is an Australian company. We use Eagle and Altium designer at office and can design the board for you. Designing in Altium is a bit pricier than Eagle because of the high License and per-seat cost though. The work, as it seems, entails complete Schematic design and then PCB layout. I can provide Gerber files for PCB fabrication as well as Centroid files for assembly. Before that though, I have a few questions and need some details / clarifications before i can design a solution for you. Till then, my bid is an Indicative bid only. Hello You don't have such a complicated board. In order for me to offer a good price for your design I have to increase the time so I can do it in 20 days. If you need to do it faster there is no problem but we have to negotiate the price. As a plus I have done Layout transfers before In which program is made the original design ?
