PCB design for simple microcontroller

Our PCB designer is ill and we need this microcontroller completed before 15/6. It's simple: just a 28 pin microcontroller, a rotary switch,a relay, 3 transistors and discrete components. The uploaded file is not the real design but has the same number of components.
When awarding the design (Saturday 9/6) we will provide component placement instructions and -layout data as well as (double sided) PCB min/max sizes.
To provide: Gerber files, NC drill files and net list verification. No prototyping needed in this case.
We are growing and will subcontract more designs shortly. Our goal will be to have a long term relationship with a PCB Design partner
