MPLab PIC migration from a PIC with 28 pins to a PIC with 44

There is a PIC 16F1936 (28 pin SSOP) currently working on a PCB. We want to keep the PCB design (RC6 and RC7 excepted, as seen later) to a PIC with more pins: PIC 16F1939. Furthermore, we want to use three more pins for AD conversion as the current one.
The aim is doing the following implementations in MPLab:
Migrate from the PIC 16F1936 (28 pin SSOP) to the PIC 16F1939 (44 pin TQFP).
In the process, the pins that are now occupied: RC6 (/TX) and RC7(/RX) are not used for TX/RX. They have to be moved to other pins so the pins are usable as TX and RX in the PIC19F1939. This should be set in the PIC. They have to be set up so.
Finally, three new pins for ADC have to be set up.
