Hello there, I have read your project description and I think I can help you with that. We can use 3 AA or AAA batteries to get 4.5V and than through LM2623 we boost it and we can have 5V 1A output. Device that will be charged will take only the current that it require to charge so you could charge mostly every phone out there. Hello. I can create circuit design. But you need at least 3 alkaline AA battery to charge nowadays smartphones aproximately to 70%. Because AA alkaline have about 1.5V 2000mA/h, smartphone lithium battery have aproximately 3000mA/H 3.8Volts. And i have a question: you need only circuit design or pcb layout needed too?
