VB code for MS Word template batch change

MS Word template batch changes - I need to correct a template applied to multiple files. This new/amended template must be stable and print as per the required formatting. The printed formatting for these documents must be the same as shown when in screen editing mode. Except with applied Company copyright watermark. When in editing or printed mode, the MS Word documents must have my company authorship, white copyright watermark, and standardised formatting as shown in the PDF version in sample below. No other hidden fields except as approved by me. Current Problem - You can see per sample files below that printed versions from PDF to MS word are different. The MS Word version is printing incorrectly - the formatting changes from when on screen edit mode to print out document. The MS Word template formatting that I cannot edit for some reason. The PDF version looks correct and looks the same as the on screen editing version. I need the MS Word version to look the same as the PDF even when printed - with only hidden field being white font watermark. I have over 40 policy documents to correct, and in a panic to get it done quickly. I also have limited budget. I have done some batch file changes however am new to VB, so looking for an expert who can quickly help. Also advice on digital tracking would be good. Am disappointed as I paid a lot of money for an admin to set this template up and did not realise this problem until today when happen to print. I am looking for someone who is an expert in VB for MS Word and templates - as this is one job of several that will need help with over next few weeks. Thanks K
