Book PrePress Layout & Pictures Development Project

I am a very experienced Buyer on vWorker (formerly RentACoder) having developed more than 75 projects with rating of 10. I am now here with a new account, because I gave my previous account to my former employer, which was a non-profit. Please do not respond to this bid request unless you have at least 10 ratings of 10. One requirement of this project is that the work be done DAILY until it is finished, and therefore, daily reports with shown progress are REQUIRED. The project is my book. I have the text and some tables. But what my book needs is: - an actual layout/print design; selection of fonts for various heading types, placement for images and method to highlight important phrases. - selection of illustrations and inexpensive photos throughout the entire book; starting with the cover. This will be time consuming to select just the right pictures that fit the content. - Familiarity with royalty-free or inexpensive photos and illustrations is a must - hyperlinks must be implemented throughout...work whether from the Table of Contents to a chapter, to the Bibliography that must link to their proper web references (which need to be found and linked). - Experience doing this kind of project is a must - The final work must be produced in PDF format (with searchable text) so it will appear identically whether published on the Web or in Print. - implementing the new layout/print design will likely be the largest part of the project. I started trying to create a new design with the first several pages and then realized A) I need someone better at this than I; and B) this isn't something I can crank out in the next hour...so I need help from someone good to do the work Please review the attached document in detail and let me know when you respond with a bid that you've actually 'read it', by placing the last 7 words at the 'top' of your bid response.
