I would need more details to provide my complete proposal. Like what is the size of database, and which database is being used. There are multiple ways to migrate database from one site to other. First can be export all data and structure from source site and import data and structure at target site (then test structure, data and functionality) Other can be generate scripts for data and structure at source site and execute same at target site (then test structure of database objects, code, data and functionality). I would be very happy to take up this task as I have done similar kind of activities in our company projects.
