Create e-mail accounts in Outlook 2010

I have set up e-mail accounts from my web hosting server. When I try to add a new e-mail account on my Outlook following the instruction given, the software crashes on me.
I need help to solve this issue quickly. Will use team viewer so you could access my computer. I have 5 e-mails accounts to add.
