I propose using Excel to store your wine data. Attributes of the wine can be saved to a spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is sortable, searchable, and reports can be generate from the sheet. Macros and buttons can be added to automate the search and other functions. My husband and I use a like method to manage our inventory of wine which helps us drink bottles that are ready and score wines for which we have multiple bottles
