THIS JOB IS TO BE DONE BY MANUAL DATA ENTRY ONLY.
PLEASE READ JOB DESCRIPTION AND INSTRUCTION, AS I HAVE HAD TWO FREELANCER FAIL DOING THIS JOB
THEY DID NOT FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTION.
We need to REVIEW and update 8 EXISTING data bases in Excel .Data will come from a web site (realestate search engine).The data bases are of Sydney Real Estate salespeople that is 18 months old, they need to be updated as the contacts have changed, many will need to be deleted and new contacts entered. We have split the data excel files into 9 different regions of Sydney ( one region has been updated therefore only 8 need to be reviewed) The information is really SOURCED THROUGH one website then MULTIPLE WEBSITE HAVE TO BE SEARCH TO GET INFORMATION.
THIS PROJECT IS VERY TIME CONSUMING AND HAS TO BE DONE MANUALLY.
WE ESTIMATE IT WILL TAKE 30-40 HOURS TO COMPLETE.
The process, will involve searching a main real estate search engine in Sydney Australia. To obtain Data Details all you have to do is to Search MULTIPLE Real estate Office in each of the 8 regions of Sydney which have approx 800 (towns)suburbs.
There would be approx 8-12 Real estate offices in each suburb of Sydney. There is a navigation tool on the web site that will provide a list of Real estate offices in each suburb. Then one by one search each real estate office details and entering the (Sales persons, mobile phone numbers, email addresses of each ).
Entering the data from web sites you will cross reference with the existing Excel data bases , therefore you will be editing the existing by deleting old contacts, updating contacts, adding new contacts.
The information has to be correct and no bad spelling or wrong numbers.
The project is simple. The format must be in Excel ([url removed, login to view])
Your bid should CONSIDER 30-40 HOURS OF WORK and job time should not take longer than 7 days.
We require someone who can work fast and focus on this project to get everything we need completed.

1 file is job INSTRUCTIONS .The 2nd file is an excel file example. The 3rd is the list of suburbs for Australia (State of NSW) Sydney in 9 separate regions. Note the job will be to do 8 of these region lists.
