OPEN Customer Service and Virtual Assistant: Phone and Email
$15-25 USD / hour
We are looking for a candidate to support our customer through back office and admin work. This role requires the following attributes:
Courier/Transportation Industry knowledge is desirable
Must by able to Start with USA time at 8 AM
Well conversant on inbound and some outbound voice calls
Must be a person with attention to details and be a quick learner
Good Data Entry Speed with 90% accuracy
Good understanding and experience with Google Sheet is a very important
Capability to write error-free email
Ability to understand use of different email templates in different circumstances
Knowledge and Experience in using Google Drive is Must
Can be a full time opportunity
