In short what we need: We are having an App for iOS to create building inspections. Those inspections need to follow certain standards. The authority that defines those standards are called: "Authority Having Jurisdiction". We need a list of ALL Authority Having Jurisdictions of all states of the Unites States. Every state is separated in different "Counties". Each county has at least 1 Jurisdiction. We need a list with name and contact info for each of those. And we need our assistant to contact those jurisdictions and ask them to send us their example pdf of how they would like the inspections to be created so we can create a template for each Jurisdiction.
