In your bid details (or message), please propose the milestone structure in terms of dollars. Milestone 1A: Submit a sample showing how you would enter one category for each different award program into the spreadsheet before doing the rest of the work. Milestone 1B: Take the category and nominee data in the DOCX FILE and carefully migrate it (280 rows) into the format of the attached EXCEL FILE by February 12. Milestone 1C: Add 2018 category and nominee data for [other awards] by April 14. All information to be ported will be made available on a single website. Milestone 2: Redacted. Once you start work, don't forget to show the required samples before doing too much work.
