To collect data including observational data (e.g. "how many seats in this restaurant") and also questions to ask selected people (e.g. asking the bartender what the most popular drinks are.) relating to the alcohol industry from various bars, clubs and restaurants around Bangkok. The list of visit places will be provided. Working time is probably from 6-10PM 5 days a week to collect data (project will last 3 months or less). ***Please bid your best price for each 2 week period/ 100 venue datasets!
