- I analyze and compile data to prepare comprehensive reports for management. -I manage electronic and paper filing systems by updating paperwork, maintaining documents and accurately recording information. -I execute travel arrangements by researching and booking flights and accommodations. -I prepare meeting minutes and edited subcontractor proposals, project punch list, transmittals and memorandums for organizational support. -I recorde expenses and maintain accounting records in Microsoft Excel. -I perform accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, researching charge backs, discrepancies and reconciliations. -I communicate with customers via email to confirm deliveries and respond to inquiries. -I transfer and directe all mails to correct staff members. -I use Microsoft Word to prepare various correspondence, reports and other written material.
