Create csv file with item numbers and position of products on a print catalog

We have a print catalog (available as jpeg files) and we need the information, which products are on which page, as a CSV file. Example:
- Page 2: [login to view URL]
- Page 3: [login to view URL]
What we want is the information, which product is on which page, on which position.
Expected result is a csv file in this format (data is for the 2 example pages above):
pageNr;posX;posY;itemNr

The position is in percentage. E.g.
- 0;0 means the product is on top left of the page
- 100,100 means the product is on bottom right of the page
- 50,100 means the product is in the middle (x axis) on the bottom (y axis) on the page
Important information:
- The catalog has 1051 pages overall, all similar to the two examples above
- The item number always has the same format in the catalog: 2 characters, 3 characters, 2 characters, e.g. "30 743 6R"
- Two positions have to be marked: The position of the item number in the text, and the position of the marker in the picture (see example page 3)
- It has to be made sure that there are no mistakes in the item number and positions, please doublecheck!
