Convert some scanned pages into text in Microsoft Word format for a blind person

At the link below are 47 scanned images. Each is a page from an exercise book for learners of English. The files are numbered by page (there are two books, 47 pages in total). [login to view URL] We have an English learner who is blind. She cannot see the images. She has Microsoft Word and has software for reading out text. What we need is to turn these images into text-based versions so that her software can read them out to her. The task is to create two Word documents (one for the pages from each book). Each Word document will contain the contents of the scanned images. Note that the scanned images also contain pictures and colours. You do *not* need to include these. She is blind, so cannot see them. What is needed is for understandable text that enables her to do the exercises when the text is read by her software.
