Convert PDF Pages to Editable Word Documents

We have around 300 pages of legal forms that were scanned in from pages that are currently in PDF format. I need these pages converted to CURRENT (2013 or higher) Microsoft Word Documents. The documents must remain in the same format and be fully editable and usable in Microsoft Word. Using an OCR program does not keep things lined up very well and changes much of the text to unreadable characters so hand typing some or all of these documents might be necessary. I need these documents neatly laid out and professionally done! Any substandard work will not be accepted. Text should fill each page nicely, margins, fonts and font sizes should be uniform across all of the documents. Each form will be checked individually for quality as these forms will be entered into a back office library. We need the documents completed uploaded to Freelancer or emailed to us at the end of each day. We do NOT want one huge upload of all the documents. Do not include the page numbers at the bottom unless the document has more than one page. In this case that document would start with page 1 and end on whatever page the form ends at. Price and timeline of completion will both be determining factors in awarding a bid.
