What to do ?
Go to the wikipedia link, open the list of school (ex.: Alberta, Aspen View Public School Division No. 78, [login to view URL]), make one line in the excel per school district (ex.: Aspen View Public School Division No. 78).
--> Create a new line with the name of the school, district and information. Most of the pages will display the number of students for this district.
Do a search on Google (ex.: "Aspen View Public School Division No. 78 IT Directory" to get the name of the it director or search on linkedin to find the correct IT Directory). Search the web to get the email (based on the domain), if the domain is [login to view URL] if you find any email of user ex.: ericjohn@*[login to view URL], the email can be figured it out.
Complete for all district the list, if some can't be find, leave blank.
