I have seen sentiment indicators, many free ones online to gather sentiment from a chunk of text. There are also sentiment indicators that scrape from social media.

I'm interested in monitoring the real-time sentiment from a 24/7 youtube live stream. Ideally I'd like some level of customisation for the emotions it monitors. And tailored to understand words specifically based on the subject matter. Fear and Greed are key emotions. But there are others I'd like to be able to assess.

I imagine the output could be a number of charting techniques, but, percentages and dials are good.

Please let me know what technique you would use to monitor the sentiment or which 3rd parties.

Also how you imagine the outputting the data so that the results could be embedded online or pulled in to live feeds in real time.

would you use an API? Would you screen scrape? What technique would you use. Please let me know the method and explain if you have experience using this method.
