Set up a Flutter Dart frontend team for us

Are you an expert Flutter for mobile and Dart for web apps developer? Can you use GraphQL client and SQLite for local data storage? The keyword is EXPERT. Not your definition of expert, but that which anyone will agree is an expert. Help us set up a team of 3-4 developers from anywhere in the world that you can work, guide, teach, supervise and make sure they produce high quality, secure, maintainable code that complies with coding convention. If you are thinking of getting rich quickly/immediately, don't waste your time and move on. We are looking for people who are tired of spending so much of time looking for projects/work, lots of downtime without work, boring work, not getting paid because of disputes etc. Instead, you want stability, exciting and challenging work, regular pay and willing to do whatever is needed to get the work done based on real world issues - time constraints, commitments to customers, competition etc. You will set up a team. It can be local or remote. If you want to count the number of hours worked, want an hourly pay, only want to work a fixed number of hours irrespective of the business realities and needs, this job is not suitable for you. If you want to be paid the salary paid by big, name-brand companies, then try your luck there. This job is for someone who realizes that s/he is an unrecognized but highly talented individual, and is willing to prove her/himself over a long term in a continuous, sustained manner, and realizes her/his limitations. Salary - minimum 3 years experience with published front end projects and 1 year of Flutter Dart experience. $700 per month. Skill and expertise is not what you claim but what you can prove. We don't need to see your past project/s, but will give you a moderately difficult mobile screen to code to test your skills. We are a bootstrapped startup. First prove yourself, then ask for more money must be your logo.
