We are a SaaS provider and we are looking for someone to help other agents work Live Chat. We provide project management software to construction companies. Your English and grammar and punctuation must be great. Great as in, the customer should not think, "Does this person not speak English?" All support will be online. Voice support isn't a requirement. Hours worked will be 9AM EST - 5/7PM EST, Monday - Friday. We are ONLY looking for long-term commitments. If you are the type of people that likes to hop from one job to the next, continue your search as we are not interested. Our customers are construction contractors. When you reply, tell me if you have any knowledge in the industry or not. This will not disqualify you as long as you are willing to learn. REQUIRED --You must be self motivated and not someone who has to be reminded multiple times to complete tasks. --You need to be a problem solver. Someone who can help a customer find a solution or if there is a bug, help us identify it so that it can be fixed. --You need to be reliable. If you cannot work the scheduled hours above, move on to another opportunity. If you are 'sick' often or find reasons to be late or need to miss work, move on. --You need to have a stable internet connection so that you are not dropping chats. OPTIONAL --Higher pay will be provided for someone who speaks English very well as their first or second language. Someone should not hear you speak and think, "Great, another call from someone in India!" --If hired for this reason, you will also be tasked with basic follow-up calls. --A quite environment is a must. When calling someone, the customer should not hear your dogs and kids fighting. --A good quality microphone would also be needed. Not the in-line mic that came with your iPhone years ago. --Record an audio sample to be considered for this portion. It can be of you reading this or anything else. Still with me? But keep this in mind... the budget range is large and that does NOT mean that you should bid on the high end. Only do so if you cross off each item above. The person must also be detail orientated. If this is you, be sure to mention if you have construction knowledge or not. If you fail to mention then then I will know you are not detail oriented and your bid will be flagged. Pay is every two weeks on Tuesday through wire/PayPal/MG. If you have questions, go ahead and ask and I'll add the necessary updates to the listing to clear any doubts.

I have gone through your description and can see that you need someone who understands the Customer Service role, I feel I am that person. I also feel that due to the fact you provide a software-based service, having someone like me would be good as I have worked in the app industry for a while so have become comfortable around most software. Hi there :wave: , 5 months as a beginner construction worker on a 7 story building and a son of a late father with 35 years of experience in constructions, just not familiar with the constructions methods used in the US, but I am open to learn anytime. But hey I got 4 years of experience in Live Chat, with 4 days off (no matter for what reason) in all 4 years, no vacation, no paid days off. Using stable LAN and addtional 4G mobile networks to be online all the time, got a PC and 2 laptops for backup too. My average first response time is 10-15 seconds in average for all the years in livechat. I would avoid voice calls if possible, but I would still tend to get higher pay, you'll get a rock start livechat customer support, troubleshooting and the opportunity to solve a problem and to help someone is what I enjoy doing, I don't know if it's a show off or not, but got a IQ test result of 140 on deviation 15, and I think this might be why I like solving puzzles and problems so much, many smart solutions came from foolish ideas :D I have some basic knowledge in project management tools, by using tools like Asana, Trello, JIRA I was performing basic tasks generally, Github too. Working time fits me well, as I come from Central European country it would like working until midnight (+/-hour). A question, you say that we may. When do I start?
