Build A mobile app that can be downloaded

Errand running services and one stop conceriger service. Right now am working with Appy pie but it's limited. I need an app that will track errands... The people running the errands,who did what number of errands... Rate errand runner vise versa. Alway be able to post your to do list and desire location (pick up drop off) also the public can apply for positions and we can run background check as well. I have a website that is unpublished yet with wix and would love to have an app attached to it such as employee comprehensive background check
